   Old Landing - 310 Front Street - built around 1775, the Capt. James Luce house was a stagecoach route stop between Wareham and Wharf Village. At one time is was a stopover for travelers called the Norton Tavern. Beginning in 1816, Captain James and Dolly Luce lived here, followed by Bessie D. Luce and Henry C. Luce.
