Thomas S. Brown Sr. "Tom" 61 of Marion passed away Monday April 13 at Saint Lukes Hospital. Husband of Barbara (Charette) Brown of Marion. Born in Wareham the son of Hazel M. (Morse) Brown of Wareham and the late Thornton Brown Sr. He attended Wareham Public Schools and graduated from Wareham High School in 1966 with high honors and as a Member of the National Honor Society. A Vietnam U.S. Army veteran, Tom enjoyed his family, wood carving, fishing, target shooting, power naps and the Boston Red Sox. A landscaper, Tom worked for John Boyd Tree & Landscaping. In addition to his wife and mother Tom is survived by: His daughter Lori Connor of Wareham, His son Thomas S. Brown Jr. of Marion. His sisters Rae Morrell of Wareham, Cindy Norcross of Wareham, JoJean Torraco of West Wareham His brothers Thornton Brown Jr. of Onset, George Brown of Wareham and Kevin Brown of Onset His granddaughter Taylor Connor of Wareham And many loving relatives and friends Brother of the late Susan Guildemette, Sharon Charette and Corey Brown. After the funeral on April 17 there will be a graveside service at 10:30 in Centre Cemetery Waerham. |
