Plan for 62 acres belonging to Seth Dexter, transcribed as follows: Seth Dexter plan Rec’d & entered May 1st, 1758 The return of which recorded lib 3rd, fol 86 & Sam’l Wingrop, clerk Roch, 8 April 1758 The above written is a plan of the sixty two acres of land we laid out for Seth Dexter.
